Advancing from one grade to another requires performance and achievement in 4 key expertises and a sufficiently mature approach.

We believe individual and collective recognition is particularly essential. Reviews and evaluations are an important stage on a career path. To evaluate skills and advancement in the consulting world, each employee has a well-supervised review process (involving missions and in-house contributions) with annual and 6-monthly interviews. They are the ideal opportunity to audit performance and define development objectives and associated action plans.
